Currently, our gold leaf application experience is designed to be a time-saving experience, and we only offer the Free Design and High-Spec Courses.

- * Experience fee: cash payment 5,500 yen, cashless payment 6,050 yen.

Course Details
- Free Design and
High-Spec Course - Create a work on a black square plate through the gold leaf application experience.
- *Reservations are accepted from 2 people.
- High-Grade Course
- Choose one of three lacquerware items and request maki-e decoration through the gold leaf application experience.
- *Applications are currently suspended.
- Simple Course
- Bring your own item and experience gold leaf application on it.
- *Applications are currently suspended.
Notes
* The experience fee is 6,050 yen for cashless payment due to processing fees, etc. The fee is 5,500 yen for same-day cash payment.
* The Standard Course, which was popular until 2024, is now offered only for school excursion students. A separate course is available for school excursion students, so agents and students should contact kyoto@gomei.ne.jp with the subject "School excursion student experience inquiry."
* Since we only offer the Free Design and High-Spec Courses, sessions are held twice a day, starting at 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM. We do not conduct sessions for multiple groups at the same time.
